أثر الاتصال الفعال على التشارك المعرفي دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل بورقلة

Résumé: مما لا شك فيه أن عملية التشارك المعرفي بين أعضاء الهيئةالطبية، بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية تُشكِّل أحد أبرز الركائز التي تُبنى عليها عملية تطوير نوعية الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمجتمع، هذا ما يدعو مسيري المؤسسات الاستشفائية لتسطيراستراتيجيةخاصةبالتشاركالمعرفي،تُبنىعلىرصدالخبراتالمتاحة،وتحفيزالعاملينعلىالقيامبعمليةالتشاركالمعرفي،وبناءشبكةتربطبينمالكالمعرفةوطالبها،تعتمدعلىنظاماتصالفعال، ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الدراسة لاختبار أثرالاتصالالفعالعلىلتشاركالمعرفيفيالمؤسساتالاستشفائيةالعموميةالمتخصصة،إضافةإلىذلكرمتهذهالدراسةللتعرفعلىطبيعةالتشاركالمعرفي،التيقدتعزيللمتغيراتالديمغرافيةوالعلميةوالوظيفيةالتالية (الجنس،السن،المؤهلالعلمي،المصلحةالاستشفائية). مستخدمين الإستبيانةكأداةرئيسيةلجمعالمعلومات،وقدتمثلمجتمعالدراسةفيجميعأفرادالهيئةالطبيةالجزائريةالعاملةبالمؤسسةالعموميةالاستشفائيةالمتخصصةالأموالطفلبورقلة،والتيبلغقوامها(136)فردا،متبعينفيتحديدحجمعينةالدراسةطريقةالعينةالعشوائيةالطبقية،حيثبلغتالعينة(101)فردا،كماتمتحليلالبياناتالمتحصلعليهاباستخدامالبرنامجالحاسوبي (SPSS V.19). حيث خلصتالدراسةلوجودعلاقةارتباطيةطردية موجبة،قويةنسبيا،بينالاتصالالفعالوالتشاركالمعرفي،بالمستشفىمحلالدراسة، وأن ممارسة الاتصال الرسمي بين أفراد عينة الدراسة كانت متوسطة، بخلاف ممارسة الاتصال غير الرسمي التي كانت قوية، أيضا تبين من خلال الدراسة أن سلوكالتشاركالمعرفييمارسبدرجةقويةبينأفرادالهيئةالطبيةالعاملةبالمؤسسةمحل الدراسة،بينماهمغيرمتأكدين منوجوداستراتيجيةللتشاركالمعرفي،أومعيقاتللتشارك المعرفي في ذات المؤسسة. وفي الأخير تم تقديم مجموعة منالاقتراحات،يمكن أن تساهم في الرفع من فعالية الاتصال، داخل المؤسسة الاستشفائية، وتحقيق اقصى درجات التشارك المعرفي في الوسط الطبي، جزء منهايمكنتنفيذهعلىالمدىالقصيرأوالمتوسط،والجزء الأخريمكنتنفيذهعلىالمدىالطويل. : اتصال، تشارك معرفي، وسط طبي،هيئة طبية، مستشفى متخصص There is no doubt that the process of knowledge sharing between the members of the medical body is one of the main pillars for building the process of developing the health services quality provided to society. This is what calls the managers of hospital institutions to establish a strategy based on monitoring building a network linking the knowledge owner to the knowledge seeker. This depends on an effective communication system, and from this standpoint, the study aimed to investigate the impact of effective communication on knowledge sharing in specialized government hospital institutions. Moreover, this study aimed to identify the nature of knowledge sharing which may be due to some demographic, scientific and functional variables such as. Gender, age, educational qualification, and the hospital service they belong to. We have used the questionnaire as a main data collection tool. Participants were all members of the medical body working in the maternity and child specialized hospital in Ouargla, Algeria, which consisted of 136 members. In determining the size of the study sample, we followed the stratified random sampling method where the sample contains 101 members, and the data obtained was analyzed by SPSS version 19. The results of this study showed that there is a strong positive correlative relationship between effective communication and knowledge sharing in the hospital. The practice of formal communication between the members of the study was medium while the practice of the informal communication was strong. Moreover, the study showed that knowledge sharing behavior is stronglypracticed among the medical staff, while they are not sure whether there is a clear strategy for knowledge sharing or barriers to knowledge sharing in the institution. Finally, a set of proposals were presented, which can contribute to improve the effectiveness of communication within the institution and to achieve maximum levels of knowledge sharing in the medical community. Some of these proposals could be implemented on a short or medium term, and the other part could be implemented on the long term. available
