Résumé: ملخص : تعد مشكلة العود الاجرامي عند المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري احدي المشكلات الهامة لما تمثله من خطورة اجرامية في المجتمع، اذ يعد تكرار السلوك الاجرامي عند المرأة احدي المؤشرات الهامة علي نجاح المؤسسات العقابية في تأهيل المجرمة من جميع النواحي النفسية،والاجتماعية لبدأ حياة جديدة بعيدة عن الأجرام . Abstract : The criminal problem of women's return in Algerian society is one of the important problems of criminal danger in society. Repeating the criminal behavior of women is one of the important indicators of the success of penal institutions in rehabilitating the criminal from all psychological and social aspects to start a new life away from the bodies.
