دور إدارة الجودة التدريبية في تحسين الخدمة الصحية-دراسة ميدانية-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في دور تدريب الأفراد على الجودة في تحسين الخدمة الصحية المقدمة على مستوى مستشفى سليم زميرلي عند تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة، باعتباره فن الإدارة بإتقان والتميز والتحسين المستمر فإن تطبيقه في المؤسسات الصحية له تأثير إيجابي على الأداء وعلى جودة الخدمة، عبر دراسة ميدانية لعينة من العاملين من مختلف الأقسام للمؤسسة الصحية، ومن أجل ذلك تم تصميم استبيان خاص بدراسة وتحليل واقع وأثر إدارة الجودة التدريبية على تحسين الخدمة الصحية. من خلال تحليل الاستبيان توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن التدريب على الجودة له أثر ايجابي على قدرات ومهارات العاملين ووعيهم بدورهم في تحسين أداءهم وبالتالي تحسين الخدمة الصحية إلا أن عدم اهتمام الإدارة بالتدريب بعدم وضع خطة تدريبية مستمرة على الجودة يحول دون نجاح التغيير نحو إدارة الجودة Through an applied study of a sample of employees from various departments of the healthcare institution, this study aims to investigate the role of quality training in improving healthcare service provided at the salim zemirli institution when applying the Total Quality Management system. Since TQM is the art of management with proficiency, excellence, and continuous improvement, its application in healthcare institutions has a positive impact on performance and service quality. To this end, a special questionnaire was designed to study and analyze the reality and impact of quality training management on improving healthcare service. Based on the questionnaire analysis, we arrived at a number of conclusions, the most significant of which is that quality training has a positive impact.
