واقع العدالة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع العدالة التنظيمية بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية الجلفة، ولاختبار الفرضيات قمنا بتصميم استبانة خاصة بناءًا على أنموذج الدراسة المعتمد، وبعد تحكميها، قمنا بتوزيعها عشوائيا على عينة مشكلة من (210) مفردة، وتوصلنا إلى: مستوى إدراك (العدالة التنظيمية) من وجهة نظر موظفي مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية الجلفة كان )متوسطا(؛ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول العدالة التنظيمية تعزى للجنس والعمر بالمؤسسة؛ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول العدالة التنظيمية تعزى للمؤهل العلمي والتصنيف الوظيفي؛ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول العدالة التنظيمية تعزى لمدة العمل بالمؤسسة. This study aimed to analyze the reality of organizational justice in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in the state of Jelfa, and to test the hypotheses we designed a special questionnaire based on the approved study model, and after its control, we randomly distributed it to a sample of (210) individuals, and we reached: the level of awareness (organizational justice) (From the point of view of the staff of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Directorate in the Wilayat of Djelfa was (average); there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members about organizational justice due to gender and age in the institution; there are statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members about organizational justice in Taiz Scientific qualification and job classification; there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample members about organizational justice due to the duration of the institution.
