Résumé: تعد الجودة من المواضيع التي إستأثرت إهتمام الباحثين و العلماء في مجال العلوم السلوكية لاسيما منها علم النفس ،حيث تسعى جودة حياة العمل إلى تحسين و تطوير أداء الأفراد من خلال توفير بيئة عمل آمنة يسودها نمط الإشراف المناسب و المشجع ، و ذلك بالإستجابة لمتطلباتهم الشخصية و المهنية و محاولة توفير ظروف نفسية وإجتماعية جيدة، التي تجعل الفرد يشعر بالطمأنينة و الإستقرار و الراحة النفسية، و ندرة شعوره بالخوف و القلق و التهديد في بيئة العمل و هذا ما يطلق عليه بالأمن النفسي. و عليه جاءت دراستنا هذه لمحاولة تسليط الضوء على دور جودة حياة العمل في تحقيق الأمن النفسي للعمال Quality is one of the concepts that has attracted the attention of researchers and scientists in the field of behavioral sciences.especially psychology where the quality of work life seeks to improve and develop the performance of individuals. By providing a safe work environment dominated by the appropriate and encouraging supervision pattern through a response to their personal and professional requirements and trying to provide good psychological and social conditions that make the individual feel reassured stability and psychological comfort and scarcity of his feeling of fear .anxiety and threat in the work environment and is what is called it is psychological security of workers
