علامات الترقيم في النص اللغوي بين النص الأصلي والنص المترجم دراسة تقابلية تطبيقية على طلبة قسم الترجمة – جامعة البصرة

Résumé: تتميز اللغات في العالم بان لها خصائص وميزات، وهي ما تميزها عن نظيرتها بالتالي ستتركب هذه اللغات وفقاً لما تتميز به، فاللغتين العربية والانجليزية لكل منهما ميزات وسمات تختلف في بعضها تارة، وتتشابه في بعضها تارة أخرى، ولعل من أبرز ما تشابهت بها هاتان اللغتان إمتلاكهما لغة علاماتية أضفت إليهما سمة عُدَّت الأهم كونها تسهم بشكل مباشر في إنتاج المعنى العام للنص اللغوي، وهذه اللغة أُطلق عليها مصطلح (لغة) تجوزاً كونها تسهم في جلاء المعنى بشكل واضح، وبغيابها يتسبب فقدان جزء كبير منه، في حين أُسميت من قبل علماء اللغة العرب باسم (علامات الترقيم)، في حين أُصطلح عليها في اللغة الإنجليزية باسم(Punctuation Marks)، فاللغتان تملكان المبدأ نفسه من حيث الشكل العام، بينما نجد الاختلاف يبرز بينهما من حيث وظيفة كل علامة ومكانها ووظيفتها، وهو ما سيتناوله البحث بشيء من التفصيل المقتضب كلمات مفتاحية: Abstract: Languages have idiosyncratic features, so languages are structured according to these idiosyncratic features. Arabic and English have their own features that set them apart though there are similar aspects of the two languages. The language of marks is among those similar features that distinguish these two languages. Punctuation in both languages affect the meaning of the linguistic text. It is called a language since it clarifies meaning where its absence results in losing a great part of the text. Arab scholars called it "Punctuation Marks". Both languages possess this feature but differences appear in their functions and position. Thus, this study tries to examine the important punctuation marks and their functional implications. It also sheds light on the reasons of committing mistakes on the part of translators when they translate from Arabic into English and vice versa. A translator should be qualified enough in this aspect so as to spot the intended meaning. It is found out that any change in the position of these marks lead to a difference in meaning. This contrastive study tries to identify the correspondences and discrepancies of these marks to help students avoid such problems and there are suggestions of solutions to avoid misuse Keywords: Contrastive; linguistics; Arabic; English; Studies.
