دورتكنولوجيا الاعلام و الاتصال في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي داخل الهيئات الرياضية بالجزائر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دورتكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي داخل الهيئات الرياضية وأجريت الدراسة الميدانية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية تبسه وهذا من خلال اتباع المنهج الوصفي وباستخدام الاستبيان وتحليله من خلال توظيف برنامج الحزم الإحصائية spss26 وتم التوصل الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ان تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال عنصر مهم وفعال في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لدى عمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية تبسة بصفة خاصة والهيئات الرياضية بصفة عامة من اجل تحسين الأداء في المؤسسة. The field study was conducted in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Tebessa This is done by following the descriptive approach and by using the questionnaire and analyzing it by employing the statistical packages program spss26 A set of results has been reached, the most important of which is that information and communication technology is an important and effective element in achieving job satisfaction among workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilayat of Tebessa in particular, and the sports entities in the Tebessa Governorate.
