Résumé: The research includes an exploratory descriptive study and which examines the reality of Islamic microfinance and financial inclusion in Algeria. Specifically, it aims to enhance the access and use of the low-income group to formal financial services through the orientation to Islamic microfinance. To achieve this goal, we have identified the variables of the study through the previous studies, and they the orientation towards Islamic microfinance as an independent variable and the promotion of financial inclusion as a dependent variable. The study's hypotheses have tested through an applied study and distributing a questionnaire to (100) participants with low incomes by using non-probability sampling technique. The collected data has analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics methods. The results have appeared that attitudes and expectations of the sample members to have a positive orientation towards adopting Islamic microfinance as long as those financial products are available meets their basic needs which greatly enhances their financial inclusion. Accordingly, the study has suggested innovative business models operable to Islamic microfinance institutions. The study recommends stakeholders in Algerian necessity to head the financial system towards Islamic microfinance that supports attitudes and expectations. The Islamic microfinance institution has to supplement its financial products and services with Islamic social finance products as: Sadaka, Zakat, Waqf, Qard hasan, as is the case in countries in which the institutionalization of Islamic microfinance, in order to achieve a social impact be able to help reduce poverty and income inequality.
