Résumé: تبرز أهمية هذا البحث من كون التكنولوجيا المحفز الأول لجميع جهود وأساليب إدارة علاقات الزبائن حيث تؤثر هذه الطاقات التكنولوجية الجديدة على الطريقة التي يتم بها توزيع المعلومات وهي التي تحدد كيفية اتصال المؤسسة بزبائنها، لذلك أصبح لزاما على المؤسسات الاهتمام بتكنولوجيا إدارة علاقات الزبائن لتسهيل جمع المعلومات عن زبائنها مما يمكنها من تقديم خدمات تتوافق مع رغباتهم، وبالتالي الوصول إلى التميز . لهذا فإن هذا البحث يهدف للتعرف على أثر استخدام التكنولوجيا ضمن إدارة علاقات الزبائن على تميز المؤسسة، وتشخيص درجة تطبيقها في مؤسسة كوندور، وقد تم توزيع 50 استبيان على عمال مؤسسة كوندور الكترونيك ببرج بوعريريج كما تم الاعتماد على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) النسخة العشرون، وأثبتت النتائج أن هناك اثر لتطبيق التكنولوجيا ضمن إدارة علاقات الزبائن على تميز المؤسسة. This research highlights the importance of the fact that Technology is the first catalyst for all the efforts and methods of customer relationship management. These new technological energies affect the way in which the information distribution which specifies how the Organization communicated with their customers, so it became incumbent on the Organization interest in technology, customer relationship management to facilitate the collection of information on its customers, enabling it to provide Services are compatible with their wishes, and thus access to excellence.
