مساهمة الذكاء الاقتصادي في الرفع من جودة الخدمة التأمينية -حالة الشركة الوطنية للتأمينات ورقلة-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع تبني وممارسة تقنيات الذكاء الاقتصادي وتأثيرها في تحسين جودة الخدمة التأمينية في الشركة الوطنية للتأمينات(SAA) فرع ورقلة، حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية للدراسة والموزع على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (60) موظف من أصل (120)، وقد تم القيام بالمعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات بالاعتماد على برنامج( SPSS). تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة تأثير بين الذكاء الاقتصادي وجودة الخدمات التأمينية التي تحققها الشركة من أجل الحفاظ على حصتها السوقية. The study aims to highlight the reality of adopting and practicing economic intelligence techniques and their impact on improving the quality of insurance service in the National Insurance Company (SAA) Ouargla branch, where the questionnaire was relied on as a main tool for the study and distributed to a random sample of (60) employees out of (120), Statistical data processing was carried out using the SPSS program. A set of results have been reached, the most important of which is the existence of an impact relationship between economic intelligence and the quality of insurance services that the company achieves in order to maintain its market share.
