The Role Of The Audiovisual Regulatory Authority In The Field Of Advertising In Algerian Law دور سلطة ضبط السمعي البصري في مجال الإشهار في القانون الجزائري

Résumé: Through this study, we highlight the role of the Audiovisual Regulatory Authority in the field of advertising in Algerian law, as this body established under Article 14 of the organic law on media No. 23-14 dated 2023 is the competent and specialized authority in the field of audiovisual media. This is done by clarifying the tasks assigned to it and the powers granted to it in the context of its operations, as well as the administrative penalties for which it is responsible, as stipulated in the new law No. 23-20 dated 2023 concerning audiovisual activities. نبرز من خلال هذه الدراسة دور سلطة ضبط السمعي البصري في مجال الإشهار في القانون الجزائري، إذ تعتبر هذه الهيئة المنشأة بموجب المادة 14 من القانون العضوي الخاص بالإعلام رقم 23-14 المؤرخ في 2023 الجهة المختصة والمتخصصة في مجال السمعي البصري، وذلك من خلال تبيان المهام المسندة إليها والصلاحيات الممنوحة لها في إطار سير مهامها، وكذا العقوبات الإدارية التي تختص بها والمنصوص عليها في القانون الجديد رقم 23-20 المؤرخ في 2023 والمتعلق بالنشاط السمعي البصري.
