محددات رضا الزبون: دراسة ميدانية مع زبائن العلامة Ooredoo بمدينة تلمسان

Résumé: ملخص في هذا البحث، تمت دراسة أثر المتغيرات النفسية مثل صورة العلامة التجارية، الجودة المدركة، هوية العلامة على ثقة و رضا الزبون بالعلامة التجارية. تم استخدام استبيان لجمع البيانات من 210 زبون للعلامة OOREDOO. ثم تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام تحليل المكونات الرئيسية و نمذجة بالمعادلة الهيكلية. وفقاً لنتائج الدراسة، أن صورة العلامة التجارية و الجودة المدركة وهوية العلامة أثرت بصورة مباشرة في ثقة الزبائن و غير مباشرة على الرضا. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، المتغيرات النفسية لها أثر غير مباشر على رضا الزبون بالعلامة من خلال الثقة.و بالتالي يؤكد البحث أيضاً على تأثير الوساطة لثقة الزبون عن تأثيرات المتغيرات النفسية على رضا الزبون. Determinants of Customer Satisfaction: Empirical Study with OOREDOO Brand Customer’s Abstract In this research, the effect of psychological variables such as brand image, brand identity, perceived quality, trust and customer satisfaction has been studied. A self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data on 210 OOREDOO brand customers. The data is then analyzed using principal component analysis and structural equation modelling. According to the results of the study, it was determined that brand image, perceived service quality and brand identity had a direct effect on customer trust and indirect effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, psychological variables have an indirect effect on customer satisfaction with the brand via brand trust. The research thus confirms the mediating effect of customer trust on the effects of psychological variables on customer satisfaction.
