شروط تسليم المجرمين في النظام القانوني الجزائري Conditions For Extradition In The Algerian Legal System
Résumé: تلتزم الجزائر بمبدأ تسليم المجرمين باعتباره من أهم المبادئ الأساسية في مجال مكافحة الإجرام على المستوى الوطني والدولي، فعلى المستوى الدولي تظهر الإجراءات المكملة لجميع معالم نظام تسليم المجرمين من خلال الاتفاقيات الدولية التي ابرمتها الجزائر مع مختلف دول العالم، وعلى المستوى الوطني فقد نص المشرع الجزائري على أحكام نظام تسليم المجرمين في قانون الإجراءات الجزائية الجزائري؛ غير أنّ هذه الأحكام التي نص عليها تنظم الإجراءات باعتبار الجزائر الدولة المطلوب منها تسليم المجرمين. Algeria adheres to the principle of extraditing criminals as one of the most fundamental principles in the field of combating crime at the domestic and international levels; the extradition system appear complete through international agreements that Algeria has concluded with various countries of the world, The Algerian legislator has stipulated the provisions of the extradition system in the Algerian Penal Procedures Law Criminals.
