إنعكاسات التقويم البديل على العملية التعليمية

Résumé: ملخص المقال : يعد التقويم البديل توجها حديثا في مجال التقويم التربوي، تسعى الأنظمة التعليمية في مختلف البدان إلى تعميم تطبيقه داخل المدارس؛ لما له من أهمية كبيرة تجعل المعلم يقيس شخصية المتعلم من مختلف النواحي، ويستخدم استراتيجيات جديدة مختلفة عن التي يستخدمها التقويم التقليدي، والتي تساهم في تجويد العملية التعلمية؛ ولكن تطبيقه على أرض الواقع في المؤسسات التربوية باختلاف المراحل التعليمية (ابتدائي- متوسط- ثانوي) يصادفه بعض المعيقات، نظرا للإمكانيات التي يتطلبها، وذلك ما يستدعي من كل المهتمين بالشأن التربوي أن يكونوا على اطلاع ودراية بهذا النوع من التقويم، وعليه جاءت الدراسة الحالية بهدف تسليط الضوء على التقويم البديل وإبراز دوره الفعال في تحسين العملية التعليمية، وتوضيح أهم استراتيجياته ومراحلها المتنوعة، والتطرق إلى معوقات تطبيقه بصفة عامة وفي المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية بصفة خاصة، و تقديم حلول ناجعة للتغلب عليها. Abstract: Alternative assessment is a modern trend in the field of educational assessment. Educational systems in various countries seek to generalize its application within schools; because of its great importance that makes the teacher measure the learner's personality from various aspects, and uses new strategies different from those used by traditional assessment, which contribute to improving the learning process; but its application on the ground in educational institutions at different educational levels (primary - intermediate - secondary) encounters some obstacles; due to the capabilities it requires; This requires all those interested in educational affairs to be informed and knowledgeable about this type of assessment. Accordingly, the current study came with the aim of shedding light on alternative assessment and highlighting its effective role in improving the educational process, clarifying its most important strategies and its various stages, addressing the obstacles to its application in general and in the Algerian educational system in particular, and providing effective solutions to overcome them.
