القطب الجزائي الاقتصادي والمالي المستحدث: قراءة في الأمر رقم: 20/04 المؤرخ في: 30/08/2020

Résumé: يسعى المشرع الجزائري من خلال التعديلات المستحدثة على قانون الإجراءات الجزائية بشكل متعاقب ومستمر، إلى تفعيل منظومته القضائية بما يساير تطور الظاهرة الإجرامية؛ التي استغلت التطور السريع للوسائل المعلوماتية و ظهور الفضاء الرقمي لتجديد نشاطها الإجرامي، وذلك من خلال إيجاد آلية قانونية مواكبة لهذا التطور وذات فعالية في مواجهتها، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ التزاماته الدولية جراء انضمامه إلى اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة لسنة 2000 التي نادت بالتوجه نحو تخصص القضاء الجزائي، فجسد المشرع هذا التوجه في قوانينه الداخلية باستحداث القطب الجزائي الاقتصادي و المالي بموجب الأمر رقم 20/04. The Algerian legislator, through the amendments created on the law of criminal procedures in a successive and continuous manner, seeks to activate its judicial system in a way that continues the development of the criminal phenomenon; Which took advantage of the rapid development of information means and the emergence of the digital space to renew its criminal activity, by creating a legal mechanism to keep pace with this development and is effective in confronting it, in addition to implementing its international obligations as a result of joining the United Nations Convention against the Organizing Crime for the year 2000 that called for the direction towards the judiciary specialization The criminal, so the legislator embodied this trend in its internal laws by developing the economic and financial criminal pole under Ordinance No. 20/04
