Résumé: الملخص: لقد هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التدقيق الفعال للموارد البشرية على أداء المؤسسة الإقتصادية حيث إعتمدت على دراسة ميدانية شملت المؤسسة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز بورقلة وتما توزيع إستبيان على 30 مستجوب ضمت 14 إطارا و16 عمال تحكم وتوصلنا من خلاله إلى أن تدقيق وظيفة الموارد البشرية هي مجموعة من العمليات والاختبارات من خلالها نخرج بتقرير مفصل عن موارد المؤسسة البشرية وتساهم هذه العملية بدرجة كبيرة في تحسين أداء المؤسسة من حيث الإنتاجية والجودة . Abstract: I study aimed to investigate the effect of the audit of effective human resources on the performance of the economic foundation which relied on a survey of the National Foundation for electricity and gas Ouargla and Tema distribution of a questionnaire to 30 interrogator included 14 frames and 16 workers control and we came through it to check the human resources function is a set of processes the tests from which to come up with a detailed report on the organization of human resources and contribute to this process significantly improve the performance of the institution in terms of productivity and quality.
