إشكالية التحرير اللاّحق بين الترجمة الآلية و الترجمة بمساعدة الحاسوب : دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لترجمة بعض النماذج من قانون الأسرة الجزائري من الفرنسية إلى العربية باستخدام برنامج قوقلgoogle للترجمة الآلية و برنامج ميمو كيوmemoq المساعد على الترجمة
Résumé: نعالج في هذا البحث موضوع التحرير اللاحق أو تصحيح الترجمات الآلية في ظل وجود أنظمة للترجمة الآلية و أنظمة الترجمة بمساعدة الحاسوب، إذ تساءلنا حول مدى التدخل البشري في هذه العملية عند استعمال هذين النوعين من الأنظمة، و لقد افترضنا أن تكون نسبة التدخل البشري للتصحيح أكبر عند استعمال أنظمة الترجمة الآلية مقارنة باستعمال أنظمة الترجمة بمساعدة الحاسوب. و للإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية قمنا بدراسة تجريبية مقارنة بين برنامج قوقل للترجمة وبرنامج ميمو كيو و اللذين اعتمدنا عليهما من أجل ترجمة بعض النصوص القانونية المأخوذة من قانون الأسرة الجزائري و هي المدوّنة التي اعتمدنا عليها في هذا البحث وقمنا بعدها بتصحيح الترجمات المتحصل عليها. ولقد توصلنا في الأخير إلى أنّ نسبة التحرير اللاحق بعد الترجمة الآلية أكبر من نسبة التحرير اللاحق بعد استعمال البرنامج المساعد على الترجمة، و أنّ التدخل البشري في عملية التحرير اللاحق في النوع الأوّل من الترجمة يكون أكبر و أكثر تعقيدا من النوع الثاني. IIn this research, we threated the post-editing or correction of machine translations automatic in the presence of machine translation computer-assisted translation. The use of machine translation compared to the use of computer-assisted translation systems. To answer this problem, we conducted an empirical comparative study between the Google Translate program and the Memo Q program, which we relied on in order to translate some legal texts taken from law, post-editing. the Algerian Family Law, which is the code we relied on in this research, and then we corrected the translations obtained. Finally, we concluded that the rate of post-editing after machine translation is greater than the rate of post-editing after using the translation assistant program, and that human intervention in the post-editing process in the first type of translation is greater and more complex than the second type.
