تأثير جودة المواقع الإلكترونية على إدارة العلاقة مع الزبون- دراسة حالة موقع Tripadvisor-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة تأثير جودة الموقع الالكتروني بأبعاده الثلاثة: جودة المعلومة، جودة النظام، جودة الخدمة الالكترونية، على إدارة العلاقة مع الزبون، وقد تم اختيار موقعTripAdvisorالخاص بالسياحة والسفر لدراسة الحالة، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم تحليل 117 استبيان وزع على زوار موقعTripAdvisorباستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS v19. وقد أظهرت الدراسة ان ابعاد جودة الموقع الالكتروني تأثر على إدارة العلاقة مع الزبون، خاصة جودة النظام وجودة الخدمات الالكترونية المقدمة في الموقع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الموقع الالكتروني، جودة المواقع الالكترونية، إدارة العلاقة مع الزبون، E-CRM، شركة TripAdvisor. تصنيف JEL: M30، M31، O140 Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of website quality in its three dimensions: information quality, system quality, and electronic service quality, on customer relationship management. The case study selected for this research is TripAdvisor, a website in the travel and tourism industry. To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was utilized as a data collection tool. A total of 117 questionnaires were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) v19. The study revealed that the dimensions of website quality have an influence on customer relationship management, especially system quality and the quality of electronic services provided on the website.
