الحماية الأمنية للمبلغين كضمانة للوقاية من الإجرام المنظم

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على حماية المبلغين التائبين الذين قرروا التخلي عن أنشطتهم الإجرامية ضمن الشبكات المنظمة التي كانوا ينتمون إليها، والتعاون مع السلطات المختصة للوقاية من الإجرام الخطير بتقديم معلومات مهمة تؤدي لتفكيك تلك الشبكات، من أجل ذلك فإن الاشكالية تتمحور حول: إلى أي مدى تتماشى الآليات القانونية التي أقرها المشرع الجزائري في مجال حماية المبلغين مع المعايير الدولية المرتبطة بمكافحة الإجرام المنظم؟ تمت معالجة هذه الإشكالية من خلال مبحثين، خصص المبحث الأول لأهمية التبليغ في الوقاية من الإجرام المنظم، أما المبحث الثاني فخصص للحماية القانونية للمبلغين عن الإجرام المنظم This study aims to highlight the protection of repentant whistleblowers who have decided to abandon their criminal activities within the organized networks to which they belonged, and to cooperate with the competent authorities to prevent serious crime by providing important information leading to the dismantling of such networks, so the problem revolves around: to what extent are the legal mechanisms approved by the Algerian legislator in the area of whistleblower protection in line with international standards associated with combating organized crime? This problem was addressed through two researchers, the first research devoted to the importance of reporting in the prevention of organized crime, while the second was devoted to the legal protection of whistleblowers of organized crime.. .
