Organization Effectiveness Under The Internal Factors And Environment

Résumé: The purpose of the research is to study the impact of the fit among strategy, organizational structure and environment on organizational effectiveness of Algerian organizations, from the perspective of its managers. this study is complementary to Kerbouche.M & Bouhelal.F (2017) study. Questionnaire has distributed on a set of organizations consisting of 73 medium and large enterprises. The results indicated that the fit among the strategy, the organizational structure and the environment has produced an impact on the organizational effectiveness of the Algerian organizations where these organizations use formal structures , and analyst strategy that works in two types of business, relatively stable production and variable production, it is therefore suitable for both stable and dynamic environments Milles & Snow (1978), even in a competitive environment. After extracting the fit equation, we tested the hypothesis using simple regression equation. We found that there is an impact of fit on the effectiveness of the Algerian organizations under study.
