الضغوط المهنية وعلاقتها بالدافعية للانجاز دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أعوان الحماية المدنية بورقلة

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الكشف عن العلاقة بين ظاهرة الضغوط المهنية وعلاقتها بالدافعية للانجاز على عينة من أعوان الحماية المدنية بورقلة . تبنت الدراسة فرضيات موجبة للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة، و لمعالجة الدراسة تم الاستعانة بمقياسين احدهما يقيس الضغوط المهنية والأخر يقيس الدافعية للانجاز لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بورقلة وقد طبق الاختبارين على عينةقوامها89عون. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية على مايلي : -توجد علاقة ارتباط بين الضغوط المهنية والدافعية للانجاز لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية . -لايوجد اختلاف في دلالة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الضغوط المهنية والدافعية للانجاز لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية باختلاف المستوى التعليمي. - لايوجد اختلاف في دلالة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الضغوط المهنية والدافعية للانجاز لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية باختلاف الحالة الاجتماعية. -لايوجد اختلاف في دلالة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الضغوط المهنية والدافعية للانجاز لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية الاقدمية غير دالة إحصائيا . وقد نوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الدراسات السابقة والجانب النظري للدراسة واختتمت بتقديم بعض المقترحات والتوصيات. Study summary The present study aims to reveal the disclosure of the relationship between the phenomenon of professional stress and its relationship with motivation to accomplish on a sample of agents of the Civil Protection Ouargla and link them with the current set off a major question of the study was as follows It adopted a positive study hypotheses to answer the questions of the study, and the study was to address the use of Bmkie sin one measures the professional pressures and other measures the achievement motivation among agents of civil protection Ouargla tests have been applied to 89 agents The results of the current study showed the following -There is a relationship between professional pressures and achievement motivation among agents of civil protection is statistically significant.. -There is a relationship between professional pressures and achievement motivation among civil protection agents according to the educational level is not statistically significant. -Is there a relationship between occupational stress and achievement motivation among agents of civil protection depending on the social situation is not statistically significant. -There are significant differences between professional pressures and achievement motivation correlation with the agents of the civil protection seniority is not statistically significant. Results of the study were discussed in the light of previous studies and theoretical aspect of the study and concluded to provide some suggestions and recommendations.
