Characteristics Of Transformational Leadership In A Public Company: A Case Study Of Mobilis Employees
Résumé: This research paper explores transformational leadership at Mobilis, focusing on leader behaviors such as idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The aim of the study is to examine employees' perceptions of these behaviors and how they respond to them. A random sample of 272 employees was used, and data was collected through a structured questionnaire. The data was analyzed using statistical methods to assess the relationship between leadership behaviors and employees' perceptions. The results showed that employees are aware of the management practices within the company; however, leadership requires further support for individuals, with a stronger emphasis on fostering creativity. The findings also revealed variations in employee responses, indicating differences in leadership styles. This paper adds value by providing recommendations to enhance transformational leadership within the company, focusing on improving motivation and creativity to achieve organizational goals..
