Résumé: Abstract: this study aimed to try to identify the relationship of achievement motivation effectively self at first-year secondary school students, We used the Descriptive method to collect data from two tools: The test of accomplishment motive for children and adulta (Hermans) and the questionnaire of self efficacy for (Nadia Siraj Jan), and the sample of the study constituted of (94) pupils., and have the results of the/study, A correlation between achievement motivation function and effectiveness, Differences between males and females in the motivation, No differences in achievement motivation Ascribe to the school of, No differences in self-efficacy, Ascribe to the variable sex and academic. ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على علاقة دافعية الإنجاز بفاعلية الذات لدى تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لجمع البيانات من أداتين هما اختبار دافع الإنجاز للأطفال والراشدين لـ (Hermans) ومقياس فاعلية الذات إعداد "نادية سراج جان" ، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (94) تلميذا، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة دالة بين دافعية الإنجاز وفاعلية الذات ووجود فروق بين الذكور والإناث في دافعية الإنجاز، وعدم وجود الفروق في دافعية الإنجاز، تعزى للتخصص الدراسي، وكذا عدم وجود فروق في فاعلية الذات، تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والتخصص الدراسي.
