دور التكامل بين إدارة المعرفة وتنمية الكفاءات البشرية في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة

Résumé: الملخص : يتمثل الهدف الأساسي لهاته الدراسة في إبراز مساهمة التكامل بين إدارة المعرفة وتنمية الكفاءات في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة، بالعمل على رفع أدائها وزيادة تنافسيتها ، فمن خلال التكامل بينهما تستطيع المؤسسة صقل مهاراتها وتعزيز فعاليتها ومتابعة التغيرات المستمرة التي تحدث في رغبات الزبائن وزيادة قيمتها السوقية . وخلصت دراستنا أنه في الوقت الراهن، ضرورة وجود مؤسسات تهتم بالبحث عن سبل التكامل بين إدارة المعرفة وتنمية الكفاءات لكي تكون المؤسسات قادرة على الاستمرارية والبقاء والنمو والمنافسة ويسهل تزويد الأفراد العاملين بالمعارف والمهارات العالية وتوظيف التكنولوجيا الجديدة، و أن زيادة الاستثمار في تنمية الكفاءات له تأثير مباشر في مخرجات إدارة المعرفة. The main objective of this study is to highlight the contribution of the integration of knowledge management and the development of competencies in achieving the objectives of the enterprise by working to increase its performance and increase its competitiveness. Through the integration between them, the organization can refine its skills and enhance its effectiveness and follow the continuous changes that occur in the wishes of customers and increase their market value. Our study concluded that it is now necessary for enterprise to look for ways to integrate knowledge management and skills development to ensure continuity, survival, growth and competition.It facilitates the provision of high knowledge and skills to employees and the use of new technologies, as well as increased investment in skills development that has a direct impact on the results of knowledge management.
