أثر التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 على تطور الهيئات الاستشارية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم التعديلات التي قام بها المؤسس الدستوري بالنسبة للهيئات الاستشارية في ظل التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020، والتي تعكس الرغبة في تنظيمها والإرتقاء بمكانتها الدستورية، حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسس الدستوري قد حافظ على أهم الهيئات الاستشارية مع بعض التعديلات في الهيكلة والتنظيم والاختصاصات، كما قام بالتوسع ودسترة هيئات أخرى واعتبرها هيئات استشارية لم يتطرق لها في الدساتير السابقة تمثلت في المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني والأكاديمية الجزائرية للعلوم والتكنولوجيات. This study aims to know the most important amendments made by the constitutional founder regarding the advisory bodies in light of the constitutional amendment of 2020, which reflects the desire to organize them and raise their constitutional status, The study concluded that the constitutional founder has preserved the most important advisory bodies while some adjustments in the structure, organization and competencies in light of the constitutional amendment 2020, He also expanded and constitutionalized other bodies and considered them advisory bodies that were not mentioned in previous constitutions, and they were represented in the National Observatory of Civil Society and the Algerian Academy of Sciences and Technologies .
