مستوى هندرة إدارة الموارد البشرية والإبداع الإداري لدى عينة من موظفي جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة بالجزائر

Résumé: :هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع هندرة إدارة الموارد البشرية والإبداع الإداري في جامعة ورقلة بالجزائر، أين تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للدراسة، بحيث تم تطبيق مقياسين للدراسة على عينة شملت 40 موظف، وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج تتمثل في وجود مستوى متوسط لهندرة إدارة الموارد البشرية وكذا مستوى مرتفع من الإبداع الإداري لدى عينة الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الهندرة، إدارة الموارد البشرية، الإبداع الإداري، الموظف. Abstract:The study aimed to reveal the reality of the reengineering of human resources management and administrative creativity at the University of Ouargla in Algeria, where the descriptive approach was relied upon as a method of study, so that two measures of the study were applied to a sample of 40 employees, and the study reached several results represented in the presence of an average level of resource management reengineering Humanity, as well as a high level of administrative creativity among the employees of the University of Ouargla.
