التحكيم كضمانة لتسوية منازعات الاستثمارات الاجنبية في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: تهدف الدولة الجزائرية بشكل عام إلـى جـذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية إليها من خلال تقديم جملة من التسهيلات والضمانات القانونية، ومن أهم تلك الضمانات تسوية المنازعات الناشئة بينها وبين المستثمر الاجنبي عن طريق التحكيم التجاري الدولي كوسيلة فعالة و أمنة لحل هذا النوع من المنازعات ، و ذلك من خلال وضع ترسانة من النصوص القانونية و المصادقة على مجموعة من الاتفاقيات الدولية في مجال التحكيم في عقود الاستثمار . The Algerian state in general aims to attract foreign investments to it by providing a number of legal facilities and guarantees, and among the most important of these guarantees is the settlement of disputes arising between it and the foreign investor through international commercial arbitration as an effective and safe way to resolve this type of dispute, And that is through the development of an arsenal of legal texts and the ratification of a set of international agreements in the field of arbitration in investment contracts.
