Résumé: This study aims to shed light on the importance of electronic administration in the advancement of public service in the local administration, and its role in enhancing it, and this is due to the technological revolution brought about a radical change in various institutions, and in many fields and sectors, which led to the inevitability of re-engineering traditional management patterns to keep pace with development In the external environment, these institutions are able to use modern technologies to facilitate administrative work and improve administrative services of all kinds. For this purpose, we designed a questionnaire for the purpose of knowing the opinions and attitudes of the sample members (staff of the municipality of Ruwaisat, Ouargla) about the reality of using electronic administration and its role in enhancing public service performance, and to obtain the data of the study, which was treated with a set of statistical methods, using the Statistical Packages Program for Social Sciences in Its twentieth edition is SPSS V.20. The applied study concluded that the electronic administration contributes to enhancing the performance of the public service among the workers of the municipality of Rouissat in the Wilaya of Ouargla
