Résumé: المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني هيئة دستورية ذات طابع استشاري ، استحدثت بموجب التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 لأول مرة في التجربة الدستورية الجزائرية ، اذ تعد اطار للحوار والتشاور والاقتراح والتحليل والاستشراف في كافة الموضوعات المتعلقة بالمجتمع المدني، يمكن القول بأنه أيضا هيئة مقومة لأعمال المجتمع المدني في الجزائر، فهو يحرص من خلال وظائفه على تعزيز القيم الوطنية والديمقراطية والتنمية الوطنية بالإضافة الى دوره في الارتقاء بأداء المجتمع المدني وفعاليته وتعزيز علاقته مع الدولة لتسيير الشأن العام خدمة للمواطن وتكريسا لدولة الحق والقانون. The National Observatory for Civil Society is a constitutional body of a consultative nature, The 2020 constitutional amendment introduced for the first time in the Algerian constitutional experience, It provides a framework for dialogue, consultation, proposal, analysis and insight into all matters relating to society, It can also be said to be a constituent body for the work of civil society in Algeria, Through its functions, it promotes national values, democracy and national development. in addition to its role in enhancing the performance and effectiveness of civil society, Strengthening its relationship with the State in order to conduct public affairs in the service of the citizen and in the dedication of the State of right and law.
