Through this, we tried to study the topic in theory and on the ground, where the theoretical study found that digitization is an important project, It is the key to success for all the world's peoples and this has had a profound impact on social life in general and institutions in particular. s development ", explaining a demand to adapt to and adapt to these changes in order to win the stakes of this era, refine skills, move capacities, develop organizational competencies and increase effectiveness, thereby increasing the level of performance, This objective is to be achieved and, in order to achieve these goals and test the study's hypotheses, This is in tow chapters that included several intellectual and methodological sources On the other hand, a number of steps have been taken. approach, a methodology that adjusts the field side of our current study, also relied on the descriptive curriculum of our study to fit it with this type of study. and, with regard to data and information collection tools, both observations were used, Interview, form, documents and records, according to the comprehensive survey method, where the field study was conducted at tax directorate –ouargla. After drawing a general conclusion that digitization has a significant and positive impact on the functioning of the tax directorate –ouargla, we have reached the following results - Information technology has contributed to increasing organizational efficiency within the tax directorate –ouargla. - Modern means of communication have contributed to increasing the effectiveness of performance within the tax directorate –ouargla. - By embracing digital technology, improving processes, enhancing communication, providing better services and increasing performance through efficiency and effectiveness, the organization can achieve excellence and success in this sector .
