Résumé: تعتبر الانتخابات من اهم وسائل الممارسة الديمقراطية السليمة لإسناد السلطة في المجتمعات الحديثة، وهي تؤثر مباشره في والحياه الخاصة للأفراد ،لذا احاطتها التشريعات بضوابطه قانونيه كثيره لضمان سلامتها عبر مختلف مراحلها، من المراحل المهمة في العملية الانتخابية نجد الدعاية الانتخابية والتي تسمح للمرشحين بالاتصال سواء المباشر او عن بعد مع جمهور الناخبين من اجل ظفر بأصواتهم، ونظرا للتطورات التكنولوجية في مجال الاعلام والاتصال خاصه فيما تعلق بالإعلام الالكتروني قام رجال السياسة باعتناق هذه الاليه في مجال التسويق السياسي الخاص بهم، وفي هذا البحث سنتطرق الى مختلف مبادئ واليات الدعاية الانتخابية وكذا مبادئ ووسائل الاعلام الالكتروني المستعملة في الدعاية الانتخابية والجرائم والمخالفات التي يمكن ان تقع في خضم الدعاية الانتخابية الإلكترونية. الكلمات المفتاحية: - الدعاية الانتخابية – الإعلام الإلكتروني – جرائم الإعلام الإلكتروني. Abstract: Elections are considered one of the most important means of sound democratic practice to assign power in modern societies, and they directly affect the private lives of individuals, so legislation surrounds them with many legal controls to ensure their safety through its various stages. Among the important stages in the electoral process, we find the electoral campaign, which allows candidates to communicate, whether direct or Remotely with the electorate in order to win their votes, and given the technological developments in the field of media and communication, especially with regard to electronic media, politicians have embraced this mechanism in the field of their political marketing, and in this research we will address the various principles and mechanisms of electoral propaganda as well as the principles and means of electronic media Used in electoral campaigning, crimes and violations that may occur in the midst of electronic electoral campaigning.
