Résumé: لما كانت مجلة الأحكام العدلية في الخلافة العثمانية هي أول تقنين مدني رسمي مستمد من الفقه الإسلامي ومن الفقه الحنفي على وجه الخصوص كان لها الأثر البالغ في القوانين المدنية العربية خصوصا بعد استقلال هذه الدول العربية عن الهيمنة الاستعمارية الغربية فاستمدت منها هذه القوانين الكثير من أحكامها ونصوصها وضمنتها في تقنيناتها المدنية بنسب مختلفة فالقانون المدني العراقي الحديث نصف مواده مأخوذ من المجلة والقانون المدني الأردني بنسبة أقل وهكذا الكويتي والمصري ..
