Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة اثر إدارة علاقات الزبائن الإلكترونية على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة موبيليس دراسة عينة من زبائن المؤسسة في ولاية المسيلة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم توزيع استمارة استبيان على عينة ميسرة مكونة من 440 زبون من زبائن مؤسسة موبيليس في ولاية المسيلة وتم استرجاع 400استبانة صالحة لتحليل الاحصائي، ومن أجل تحليل البيانات تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن لأبعاد إدارة علاقات الزبائن الإلكترونية (الموقع الإلكتروني، جود الخدمة، جودة العلاقة) أثر دال معنويا على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مؤسسة موبيليس في ولاية المسيلة The aim of this study was to examine the impact of electronic customer relationship management on achieving a competitive advantage at Mobilis by studying a sample of the institution's customers in the state of M’sila. To achieve the study’s objective, a questionnaire was distributed to a convenience sample of 440 customers of Mobilis in the state of M’sila, and 400 valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis. In order to analyze the data, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used. The study results showed that the dimensions of electronic customer relationship management (website, service quality, and relationship quality) have a statistically significant impact on achieving a competitive advantage at Mobilis in the state of M’sila.
