رأس المال الاجتماعي: قراءة كرونولوجية من النشأة الى الإفتراضية Social Capital: A Chronological Reading From Genesis To Virtual

Résumé: نستعرض في هذه الورقة البحثية القراءة الكرونولوجية لرأس المال الاجتماعي من انطلاقته كمفهوم ثم نظرية حتى وصوله الى الفضاء الافتراضي ،فرؤية راس المال الاجتماعي من خلال العلاقات عبر وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة كمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التي فرضت تغيرات على بنية العلاقات الاجتماعية و على عملية التواصل و التفاعل بين الافراد و ما قامت به من خلق أو تراكم أو الحد من رأس المال الاجتماعي و ذلك إستنادا على التأسيس المعرفي النظري حول نشأته و أبرز تعريفاته و مقارباته النظرية و منهاج قياسه في المجتمع و الدور الذي يلعبه في التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية ، و انتقاله من النمط الواقعي الى النمط الافتراضي بفضل التقنية و النت ، فهو يرتكز على العلاقات الاجتماعية كموارد خاصة بالافراد و المجتمع ككل، و يقوم على مكونات بنيوية تدخل في تركيبة العلاقات، و مكونات رمزية ذات قيمة أخلاقية كالثقة والتعاون و التضامن و الانتماء . In this research paper, we review the chronological reading of social capital from its inception as a concept and then theory until it is arrival in the virtual space, the vision of social capital through relationships through modern technology means such as social networking sites that imposed changes on the structure of social relations and on the process of communication between individuals And what it has done in terms of creating, accumulating or limiting social capital, based on the theoretical knowledge foundation about its origin, its most prominent definitions, theoretical approaches, its measurement approach in society, the role it plays in economic and social development, and its transition from a realistic model to The default mode thanks to technology and the Internet, so it is based on social relations as resources for individuals and society in general, and is based on structural components that enter into the composition of relations, and symbolic components of moral value such as trust, cooperation, solidarity and belonging.
