Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث للتعرف على واقع التحول الرقمي بالديوان الوطني للخدمات الجامعية وهذا عن طريق مديرية الخدمات الجامعية بالمسيلة نموذجا،وعلى انعكاسات مظاهر التحول الرقمي على كل من بمديرية الخدمات الجامعية بالمسيلة والطالب بالإضافة للتعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي المتعلق بالتحول الرقمي . وقد توصل البحث إلى وجود عدة مظاهر للتحول الرقمي بمديرية الخدمات الجامعية بالمسيلة، والتي كانت لها انعكاسات ايجابية على الطالب والمديرية وساهم التحول الرقمي في تحسين كفاءة العمليات الإدارية وتقليل الأخطاء والتأخير في تقديم الخدمات، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز التفاعل والتواصل بين المديرية والمستفيدين من خدماتها، وفي تحسين جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها المديرية للطلاب وتسهيل العمليات الإدارية وتوفير الوقت والجهد للمديرية والطلاب على حد سواء. This research aims to identify the reality of digital transformation in the National Office of University Services, through the Directorate of University Services in M'sila as an example, and the implications of the manifestations of digital transformation on both the Directorate of University Services in M'sila and the student, in addition to identifying the conceptual framework related to digital transformation The research found that there were several aspects of digital transformation in the Directorate of University Services in M’sila, which had positive repercussions on students and the directorate. Digital transformation contributed to improving the efficiency of administrative processes and reducing errors and delays in providing services, in addition to enhancing interaction and communication between the directorate and the beneficiaries of its services, and in improving The quality of services provided by the directorate to students, facilitating administrative processes, and saving time and effort for the directorate and students alike.
