القيم التنظيمية ودورها في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي دراسة حالة لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الدور الذي تلعبه القيم التنظيمية في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي ’وذلك من خلال الكشف عن ممارسة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة لهذه القيم ’ ثم الكشف عن تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي في ظل القيم التنظيمية السائدة في المؤسسة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إعداد استمارة استبيان وزعت على كل عمال مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة ’ بحيث تكون مجتمع البحث من 58 عامل ’ ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي: * اللوائح و القوانين الإدارية المطبقة في المؤسسة لا تساهم في تحقيق إشباع الاحتياجات لدى العمال داخل المؤسسة * قيمة التعاون لها دور كبير في استقرار الفرد العامل داخل المؤسسة * قيمة العدالة في توزيع المهام لها دور مهم في تحقيق الراحة و القناعة للعامل This study aims to pinpoint the role played by the organizational values in realizing job satisfaction, though detecting the exercising of these values by the company of Algerie Telecom in Ouargla. Then, detecting the job satisfaction amid the prevailing organizational values in the company. For this aim, a survey form has been elaborated and distributed among all employees of Algerie Telecom Company in Ouargla, who were adopted as the research community made of 58 employees. The most significant findings of this study were as follows:  Administrative regulations and laws applied in the company do not contribute to gratify the needs of the employees in the company.  Collaboration value has a significant role to play in the employee’s stability in the company.  Justice value in distributing the tasks plays a primordial role to comfort and convince the employee.
