ترجمة النزعة الأيديولوجية في الخطاب السياسي من الإنجليزية إلى العربية

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على ترجمة النزعة الأيديولوجية في الخطاب السياسي The من الإنجليزية إلى العربية من خلال د ا رسة تحليلية نقدية لعدد من النماذج من كتاب لصامويل هنتجتون Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order وترجماتها على يد طلعت الشايب. وعليه، تطرقنا في هذا البحث إلى الخطاب السياسي وترجمة الأيديولوجيا قبل تناول نماذج من المدونة بالد ا رسة والتحليل والنقد على ضوء نظرية فان دايك لعالجة الخطاب الأيديولوجي مع إسقاط نظرية التكافؤ لنايدا لتحليل الترجمة وتحديد نوع التكافؤ. فضلا عن ذلك، اعتمدنا على نظرية حاتم وميسون لتحديد نوع تدخل المترجم في ترجمة الأيديولوجيا. وحاولنا، من خلال التحليل، التوصل إلى أسلوب التكافؤ الأنسب لترجمة الأيديولوجيا وكيفية الحفاظ على مبدأ الأثر المكافئ لنايدا في الترجمة. وفي نهاية البحث، توصلنا إلى أن عملية ترجمة الأيديولوجيا في الخطاب السياسي تعتمد على فهم المظاهر الأيديولوجية والإلمام بعدد من العوامل غير اللغوية كأيديولوجية المؤلف الأصلي والهدف من و ا رء كتابة النص والظروف المحيطة به. كما توصلنا إلى أن أسلوب التكافؤ في الترجمة يعتبر وسيلة يمكن أن يستعملها المترجم في نقل المظاهر الأيديولوجية إلى اللغة الهدف بشرط عدم تغيير أيديولوجيا النص المصدر وإنتاج نص مقبول لدى القارئ الهدف في بيئته اللغوية والثقافية. This study aims to shed light on the translation of ideology in political discourse. A critical analysis was conducted on selected examples from Samuel Huntington’s book The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order translated by Talaat al-Shayeb. The methodological framework consists of applying Van Dijk’s Theory of Ideological Discourse Processing along with Nida’s Equivalence theory and Hatim and Mason’s communicative theory on translator’s mediation. The purpose was to find out the most appropriate method including Formal Equivalence and Dynamic Equivalence to translate ideology and how to maintain Nida’s Principle of Equivalent Effect in translation. The study contains three chapters: Political Discourse, Ideology Translation and Corpus Critical Analysis. The findings indicate that the translator should understand the ideological aspects in political discourse by having a thorough knowledge of the writer’s ideology and the context of the source text. It was also found that both Formal and Dynamic Equivalence could be used to translate ideology if an equivalent effect is preserved. Thus, the source text ideology is maintained and accurately transmitted to the target reader.
