Résumé: : تهدف هذه الدراسة الى فهم واقع التحول الرقمي وحوكمة قطاع التربية الوطنية في الجزائر، واستكشاف التحديات التي تواجه هاتين العمليتين، ومنه نحاول أن نقترح حلولا لتفعيل التحول الرقمي والحوكمة في قطاع التربية الوطنية. يشكل هذا القطاع أحد الركائز القطاعية في الحكومة، والتي تحتاج الى وسائل متجددة ومتطورة لتحقيق تعليم عصري يواكب متطلبات. في هذا الإطار، تسعى الجزائر، كغيرها من الدول، العمل على توفير شروط تحقيق التحول الرقمي في قطاع التربية الوطنية ، وذلك بهدف تحسين جودة التعليم،والكفاءة في ادارة المؤسسات التربوية، و تحقيق مساءلة وشفافية أكبر على اعتبار انها من مؤشرات الحوكمة. : Our study aims to analyze the current state of digital transformation and governance in the national education sector in Algeria, identify the challenges hindering the implementation of these processes, and propose solutions and perspectives to effectively activate digital transformation and governance in this sector. In recent years, the world has witnessed a profound transformation across various sectors driven by the digital revolution, which has reshaped methods of work, interaction, and administration. The national education sector stands as one of the pivotal domains requiring the adoption of digital transformation to achieve modern education that aligns with the demands of the era. In this context, Algeria, like other nations, endeavors to implement digital transformation and governance in the national education sector to enhance the quality of education while ensuring transparency and efficiency in managing educational institutions.
