Résumé: تصنف جرائم الفساد جرائم اقتصادية من خلال تأثيرها على الأمن المجتمعي، فبالإضافة لما ذهب إليه علم الإجرام لتحقيق أهداف العقوبة، والمتمثلة أساسا في مجال الفساد بالردع العام، وباعتبار الضحية هي المجتمع الأمر يختلف فقد يكفي استرداد عائدات الجرائم عن عقاب الجاني دون النظر إلى حبسه، فمن خلال الورقة البحثية وقفنا على دور العقوبة في الحد من جرائم الفساد، وخصوصا عائدات الفساد وتأثيرها على الأمن المجتمعي.
