رهانات ترجمة الخطاب السياسي

Résumé: يتمحور هذا البحث حول رهانات الترجمة السياسية التي باتت اليوم تؤدي دورا بارزا في رسم العلاقات بين الدول والحكومات وتبليغ الرسائل السياسية، وإيصال صوت الساسة، ونقل مختلف الأحداث الحاصلة في الساحة السياسية، وفي التدخل في عمليات التفاوض واستقبال الوفود الرسمية وغيرها من المهام المنوطة بها. ونظرا للأهمية القصوى التي يكتسيها الخطاب السياسي على الصعيد السياسي الدولي، ونظرا لخصوصية الخطب السياسية وتنوعها وانفتاحها على مختلف القراءات والتأويلات، فإن المترجم يجد نفسه أمام تحدي حقيقي؛ لأنه مطالب بفهم مضامينه وترجمته بكل دقة وأمانة لكن من دون الاجتهاد فيه أو تحويره أو تحريفه. ويحاول هذا البحث أن يجيب على بعض الأسئلة من قبيل: ما خصائص الخطاب السياسي؟ و ما الذي يميز الترجمة السياسية؟ ما هي الصعوبات التي تعترض ترجمة الخطاب السياسي؟ وماهي التحديات التي يرفعها المترجم لبلوغ ترجمة أمينة تحقق غايتها التواصلية؟ وما هي الاستراتيجيات التي يتبعها المترجم لتجاوز الصعوبات والوصول بترجمته إلى بر الأمان؟ Nowadays political translation has become a necessity because of the central role that it plays within the development of international relations, but it is not free from problems. Translating political discourse is a real challenge, because translator faces several terminological, thematic and cultural difficulties due to the fact that political language belongs to the category of special language and also to the specific features of political discourse. So we try, in this paper, to answer some questions related to the specificity of political translation, the problems entailed by the political translator during the translational process, and the strategies that can be employed by political translator. The study reveals that translating political discourse is not a simple task, thus to succeed the process of political translation, translator must take into consideration terminological, political and cultural aspects in order to reach an acceptable and faithful translation. It concludes that the main task for translator is to transmit the message of the original text without alteration or misinterpretation to achieve the desired effect.
