السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات في التشريع الجزائري National Independent Authority For Elections In Algerian Legislation

Résumé: إن العملية الانتخابية غير كافية وحدها لتحقيق النزاهة والشفافية، وهذا لتحكم الإدارة في الانتخابات من جميع جوانبها، فكان لا بد من استحداث هيئة مستقلة عن الإدارة توكل إليها مهام الإشراف والمراقبة على هذه العملية الديمقراطية. والجزائر على غرار الكثير من الدول استحدثت هيئة لذلك، تتمثل في السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات التي حلت محل الهيئة العليا المستقلة لمراقبة الانتخابات، والتي أوكلت إليها كل المهام المتعلقة بالانتخابات من بدايتها إلى الإعلان عن نتائجها. The electoral process alone is not sufficient to achieve integrity and transparency. This is because the administration has to control elections in all its aspects. Algeria, like many other countries, has created a body to do so, National Independent Authority for Elections, which replaced the Independent supreme commission for monitoring elections, which has been entrusted with all elections-related tasks from its inception to the announcement of its results.
